Molly Gray

Movement has always been at the heart of Molly’s life. She began dancing at the age of 3 and later pursued her passion at UC Irvine, where she earned a degree in Dance Performance and Choreography. It was during her time there that she was introduced to Pilates—not just as a form of cross-training, but as a practice that fosters deep bodily awareness and supports rehabilitation. She quickly connected with the intentional, restorative nature of the work.

After college, Molly moved to New York City to pursue a professional dance career, where she lived and performed for seven years. In 2023, inspired by her own journey, she decided to become a certified Pilates instructor. Her goal: to help others develop a healthier relationship with their bodies and a greater appreciation for what they’re capable of.

As an instructor, Molly blends mindful movement with endurance-based exercises to create dynamic, thoughtful classes. She encourages her clients to challenge themselves with curiosity and compassion, and to find joy in the process. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that movement is a powerful tool for living a longer, fuller, and more independent life.
