Elizabeth Chaney

Elizabeth Chaney is a certified Pilates instructor and professional fine artist who believes in the powerful connection between movement, mental well-being, and physical strength. Through her own Pilates journey, she discovered the benefits of mindful movement and became passionate about helping others experience them.

Elizabeth completed her Mat and Reformer Pilates certification through Pilates Collective in San Luis Obispo in March 2023. In September 2026, she completed her 500-hour National Advanced Pilates Certification, expanding her training to include multiple apparatus and the advanced Pilates system.

Elizabeth enjoys teaching both classical Pilates and contemporary, upbeat Sculpt and Burn classes that offer a challenging full-body workout. Across her classes, she emphasizes thoughtful movement, proper form, and the mind-body connection. She believes that slowing down and understanding the intention behind each exercise creates a strong foundation for growth.

With personalized guidance and encouragement, Elizabeth helps students of all experience levels refine their practice and build confidence in their bodies. Her goal is to create a supportive, fun, and welcoming environment where each student feels empowered to work toward their goals.

Beyond the studio, Elizabeth works full time as a professional fine artist, earning national and international awards and recognition for her work. Personal connections and the stories her clients share inspire her art and reflect the care and curiosity she brings to her teaching.
